About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting leads generated through our marketing campaigns and helping move them through the sales process.

Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust quickly. You'll spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and ensuring every opportunity receives consistent attention.

About Campaign Labs

Campaign Labs is a performance marketing agency specializing in the automotive industry. We help tire shops, wheel retailers, detailing businesses, ceramic coating studios, and paint protection film (PPF) installers generate consistent, high-quality leads and grow their businesses.

We're looking for driven sales professionals to contact prospective customers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and help our clients convert more leads into appointments and sales.

Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and CRM workflows
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Answer questions and educate prospects on available services
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward a decision
- Book appointments or close sales, depending on the client
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM
- Complete follow-up activities on schedule
- Meet and exceed performance targets for calls, appointments, and sales

Requirements
- Fluent, professional spoken English
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or a call center environment
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to stay motivated and productive in a target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet and professional remote workspace
- Quality headset and equipment for remote work
- Availability during North American business hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Familiarity with tires, wheels, detailing, ceramic coatings, or paint protection film (PPF)
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Proven sales performance supported by measurable results
