We are looking for a reliable remote tea
This role is mainly focused on answering the phone, speaking with customers professionally, taking clear notes, and helping customers with simple booking-related questions.
You will be trained on our phone system, booking process, customer notes, and basic scripts.
**Responsibilities may include:**
* Answering customer calls professionally
* Helping customers book, reschedule, or ask about appointments
* Taking clear notes after customer conversations
* Collecting customer name, phone number, service requested, and preferred appointment time
* Sending booking information or messages when instructed
* Following basic scripts and procedures
* Escalating questions or issues when owner approval is needed
* Letting the team know about missed calls, urgent requests, or customer problems
**You may be a strong fit if you are:**
* Confident speaking English by phone
* Warm, polite, and professional with customers
* Reliable and responsive during your shift
* Able to follow instructions and scripts
* Detail-oriented when taking notes
* Comfortable using web-based tools
