ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented personal assistant with a strong passion for music and social media to help streamline operations, manage projects, and maintain brand consistency. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks, ensure projects move forward efficiently, and keep social media aligned with our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Music-Related Tasks:
Listen to music submissions and provide organized feedback
Curate playlists for various needs (sync pitches, branding, mood boards)
Help manage and organize digital music files
Project Management & Organization:
Keep Trello boards, spreadsheets, and digital assets organized
Assist with data entry, file submissions, and asset tracking
Coordinate with contractors, producers, and other tea
Scheduling & Communication:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders
Send and track
Ensure files, documents, and deliverables are sent, received, and processed on time
Social Media Management & Brand Alignment:
Oversee social media scheduling and content organization
Ensure posts, captions, and visuals align with brand guidelines
Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to help optimize content
Basic copywriting for captions, posts, and
Assist in community management (responding to comments, engaging with fans)
Bonus: Knowledge of social media ads
Workflow Optimization:
Help move projects from one step to the next quickly
Ensure tasks are completed and "off the plate" until the next step is needed
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and suggest solutions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Passionate about music (music industry experience is a bonus)
• Hyper-organized & detail-oriented—you love keeping things structured
• Self-starter who takes initiative and keeps things moving forward
• Great at communication & follow-ups (you make sure nothing falls through the cracks)
• Tech-savvy—comfortable using Trello, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and social media scheduling tools
• Understands brand consistency—can keep everything aligned with the artist’s identity
• Loves problem-solving and finding ways to optimize systems
BONUS SKILLS (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
• Experience in music sync, A&R, playlist curation, or licensing
• Background in social media management, branding, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with metadata tagging, digital distribution, or music publishing
• Knowledge of paid social ads and audience targeting
