Remote Operations Manager – Bear Brothers Cleaning – $1K+ Quick Earning Potential
This role is only for A-players. This is not a support role. This is an opportunity to launch and run a brand-new location from day one, with clear incentives, performance-based raises, and real ownership.
We expect A-player behavior from day one: speed, clarity, and personal accountability. We recently let someone go after just one week — too slow to respond, required constant follow-up, didn't take ownership in real time. That won't work here. About The Role:
Bear Brothers Cleaning is one of Alabama's fastest-growing home cleaning companies, and we're expanding into the Florida Panhandle (the 30A / Destin area). You'll be the operator who launches and runs this new market.
Compensation (Clear & Performance-Driven):
- Starting Base Pay: $4.00/hour, with automatic raises as the location grows.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You're launching a brand-new market, which means the fastest path to growing your income is in front of you from day one. As you grow the location's recurring revenue, both your hourly rate AND your bonuses climb fast.

Recurring Revenue Growth Bonus:
You earn $50 every single time next month's recurring revenue grows by another $500. These stack. If your location grows $2,000 in recurring revenue in a month, that's four $500 milestones — $200 in bonuses — on top of your hourly and other commissions. In a brand-new, fast-growing market, this is where the money is.
Other Commissions & Bonuses:
$2+ per deep / move-out clean (scales with job size)
$3 per successful recurring clean
$1 per 5-star review
$100 when we break our monthly recurring revenue record
5% of gross profit on specialty cleans

Another operator who launched a brand-new location for us last August was earning nearly $1,000/month within her first stretch.
We've since gotten faster and sharper at launching and scaling new markets, so a driven operator stepping into this role has a real shot at hitting those numbers even faster. The ceiling keeps rising as the location grows — and you grow with it.
Your Mission:
You will run the day-to-day operations of a city. Your #1 priority is sales; your #2 is running great cleans.
1. Sales & Lead Management (Your #1 Focus)
- Respond to inbound leads fast (calls, texts, web requests)
- Explain services, give quotes, and close bookings
2. Scheduling & Daily Ops
- Assign cleaners, confirm attendance, handle real-time issues
3. Customer Management
- Keep customers satisfied, protect and grow recurring customers
A Note on Focus: We have a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator who handles sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding cleaners — so you can focus your energy on sales and running great cleans — where you earn.
Requirements:
Scheduling/operations experience
Sales or customer service experience
Strong English (spoken + written)
Fast communicator, proactive, organized
Reliable internet + quiet workspace
Nice to Have:
Experience in service-based businesses
Sales or closing experience
Schedule:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. Full-time, no side jobs (this role requires full focus).
Note: This is a vacation-rental-heavy market. We currently operate Monday–Friday, but this role may eventually include weekend coverage if we expand into short-term/vacation rentals. We'll assess based on volume.
