JOB OVERVIEW

Are you experienced in handling calls, responding to messages, and managing essential tasks in a flexible and dynamic work environment? We're seeking a Remote Customer Success & Operations Specialist who can excel in multiple roles while aligning with Twin Home Buyer's core values.

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English, with a neutral or American accent. Experience taking calls without any accent is essential.
• Prior experience in receiving and making calls, responding to texts, and processing notes into databases.
• Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks—this role is not limited to sales.
• A proactive and flexible attitude to help the team succeed in various operational areas.

Salary & Commission Structure:
• Base salary of ?20,000 – ?25,000 per month.
• Commission opportunities available after 30 days of employment, as you familiarize yourself with the role.

Bonus Points:
• If you're not formally trained, you can develop your English skills by watching English-language content on Netflix and practicing speaking along with the characters.
• Familiarity with How to Win Friends and Influence People or similar self-development material.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and make calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Respond to texts and process notes efficiently into our database.
• Handle various operational tasks and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
• Problem-solve with empathy and understanding, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay flexible and ready to support multiple areas of the business as needed.
