Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Operations Assistant to support our daily field operations. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our technicians are dispatched efficiently and held accountable to the processes that keep our service sharp.

This is a remote position—no lawn boots required—but you’ll need to be responsive and engaged in helping keep our team moving forward day in and day out.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Dispatching: Organize and dispatch routes to ensure technicians are set up for success each morning.

Timesheet Auditing: Review and audit technician timesheets for accuracy and efficiency.

Photo & Job Audit: Review job photos and notes to confirm services were completed per our standards.

Process Adherence: Monitor field staff compliance with our service process and escalate issues when necessary.

Communication & Support: Relay important updates and reminders to the field team as needed, helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal Candidate Traits
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent communicator (especially in a remote environment)

Tech-savvy—comfortable navigating scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and apps

Able to hold others accountable without micromanaging

Self-motivated and proactive

Comfortable working early mornings (some work may begin by 6:30–7:00 AM CST)

Requirements
Previous experience in operations, dispatching, or administrative support is a plus

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and service software is helpful

Must have reliable internet access and a distraction-free remote work setup
