Php 19,700 - Php 28,600 per month (No Mortgage Experience)
Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 per month (With Mortgage Experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Wholesale Mortgage Bankers is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mortgage Funder to join our growing team.
We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the U.S. mortgage industry. Candidates with mortgage funding, closing, post-closing, processing, setup, underwriting support, or related mortgage experience are highly encouraged to apply.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the U.S. mortgage process, work directly with mortgage professionals, and develop valuable industry skills while working from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
> Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
> Verify that all funding conditions have been satisfied before loan disbursement
> Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, processors, and underwriters
> Process funding requests and maintain funding records
> Review loan files and identify missing or incorrect documentation
> Perform quality control reviews prior to funding
> Maintain organized loan records and documentation
> Communicate funding requirements and issues to appropriate parties
> Follow company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
> Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

> Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
> Previous mortgage experience is preferred but not required
> Experience in mortgage funding, closing, post-closing, processing, setup, underwriting support, or related roles is an advantage
> Strong attention to detail and accuracy
> Excellent organizational and time management skills
> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
> Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
> Experience with mortgage software or loan origination systems is a plus
