Remote Life Insurance Appointment Setter & Lead Generator (U.S. Market) – Performance-Based Pay + Bonuses
We are a U.S.-based life insurance agency looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our remote team. This role is ideal for experienced cold callers, lead generators, or those who can do both. If you know how to spark interest, qualify prospects, and help set the stage for closed deals—you’ll thrive here.

You Can Apply As:
? Caller Only – You’ll focus on making outbound calls using our scripts and lead lists, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our licensed U.S. agents.
? Lead Generator Only – You’ll focus on sourcing valid, high-quality leads (with phone numbers and contact info) based on our criteria.
? Both Caller + Lead Generator – You’ll source leads AND call them to set appointments, earning higher payouts for doing both roles.
? Email Outreach Specialist – Use proven email templates and personalization to engage leads and get responses or appointments.
Key Responsibilities (Callers):
Make outbound calls to prospects in the U.S. using our CRM and phone system.

Use a proven script to qualify interest in mortgage protection, final expense, and life insurance products.

Handle objections, build rapport, and schedule appointments for licensed agents.

Document call outcomes and notes accurately in the system.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals.

Key Responsibilities (Lead Generators):
Find valid U.S. leads based on criteria such as mortgage data, recent home purchases, seniors needing final expense, etc.

Provide accurate contact info (phone number, name, city/state, and relevant context).

Ensure all leads are fresh, targeted, and ready for outbound contact.

Collaborate with the team to improve targeting and lead quality.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills with neutral or American-style accent (callers).

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (insurance experience a big plus).

Stable internet, headset, and a quiet work environment.

Driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.

Available during U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred).

Compensation: Pay Based on Results
Per Qualified Appointment set (caller).

Bonus per Sale Closed from your appointment.

Per Lead Submitted (lead generator) – pricing depends on quality.

Higher rates for those doing both roles effectively.

Bonuses for high-performance weeks/months.

No hourly cap – earn based on what you deliver.

Extra Opportunity:
If you’re confident in your ability to generate leads that convert, we’re open to flexible pay structures based on quality and volume. We’ll pay fairly for the value you bring to our pipeline.
