Our expert team remanufactures unwanted natural recycled diamonds into precision-calibrated assortments for jewelry retailers and designers across the US and Canada. We also offer diamond recutting, sorting, CAD & custom work, jewelry setting, and diamond testing.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will engage potential customers, establish relationships, and drive sales for our recycled diamond and jewelry products. This role includes a 3-month trial period where you will be paid an hourly rate, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, including jewelry retailers and designers
• Effectively communicate our product offerings, including recycled diamonds, estate jewelry, and custom services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate sales and repeat business
• Overcome objections and schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss products in detail
• Handle customer inquiries, providing product knowledge and addressing any concerns
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in cold calling or inside sales (preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly tone
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and remain resilient during sales efforts
• Experience with CRM tools and other call management software
• Ability to structure sales calls effectively and adapt based on client needs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be available to work USA hours
• Strong English proficiency with a clear American or English-style accent and delivery
Assessment Process:
The interview will include a product knowledge and sales aptitude test, followed by a role-playing exercise simulating a cold call to assess your communication, sales skills, and ability to handle objections.
Compensation:
This is an hourly role with a 3-month trial period. After the trial, successful candidates may be offered a permanent position with a fixed amount + commission-based structure.
