Our team operates in a cloud-based environment, utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, LastPass, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and QuickBooks Online. We are seeking an experienced Remote IT Systems Administrator/Cloud Solutions Specialist to streamline and automate our workflows, ensuring seamless integration between all systems.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to help us set up, integrate, and automate our cloud-based systems into a cohesive workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience with system integration, automation, and security in a remote work environment, preferably with a background in supporting small to medium-sized businesses. This project will involve configuring and connecting our existing tools to ensure smooth, efficient, and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:
System Integration:
Set up and integrate HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, LastPass, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and QuickBooks Online.
Ensure seamless transitions between tools, creating a unified workflow for lead management, client onboarding, task management, communication, and bookkeeping.

Automation Setup:
Configure automation workflows using tools like Zapier or native integrations to minimize manual input and streamline processes.
Automate key business processes, such as task creation from CRM entries, notifications, document management, and recurring task management.

Security Configuration:
Ensure all systems are configured to protect sensitive client data, including setting up and managing LastPass for secure password storage and sharing.
Configure Windows 365 Cloud PCs to provide a secure working environment for remote bookkeepers.

Documentation and Training:
Provide clear, detailed documentation of all setups, integrations, and workflows.
Train team members on how to use the systems effectively and troubleshoot basic issues.

Ongoing Support (Optional):
Offer post-setup support to address any issues or make adjustments as needed.
Potential for ongoing work in system maintenance, upgrades, and further automation.

Must-Have Requirements:
Experience with Cloud-Based Tools:
Demonstrated experience in setting up and integrating tools like HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, LastPass, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and QuickBooks Online.
Ability to configure these tools to work together seamlessly for a remote team.

Automation Expertise:
Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier or HubSpot Workflows.
Proven ability to create automated workflows that streamline business processes.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration and security.

Project Management Experience:
Experience in managing projects that involve multiple systems and stakeholders.
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with clear communication throughout.

Strong Communication Skills:
Fluent in English with the ability to clearly document processes and train team members.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and simplicity.

Remote Work Experience:
Previous experience working remotely, preferably with teams based in the Philippines or other regions.
Familiarity with the challenges and best practices of remote work, especially in a small business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Small to Medium-Sized Businesses:
Understanding of the unique challenges faced by small businesses, particularly in the bookkeeping or financial services industry.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications in cloud computing, IT security, or project management are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP).

Compensation:
Project-Based Rate: Negotiable based on experience and scope of work.
Potential for Ongoing Support: Opportunity for ongoing work based on performance and business needs.
