We are a boutique digital marketing agency with a special focus on high-end Google Ads management for e-commerce brands. We work only with clients from the USA and EU. Based in Berlin, we now want to build out the team by finding someone to help deliver more great results for our clients.

What we’re looking for:

We need a new Google Ads Account Specialist! This is a remote (work from home) position. Google Ads Account Specialists need to understand Google Ads at an advanced level to be able to build and manage campaigns, answer client questions, help troubleshoot problems, and guide the account strategy. They don’t talk directly to clients.

Requirements for an ideal candidate:

Practical experience of working with Google Ads;
Experience with all types of Google campaigns, especially: Shopping, Performance Max & Search
Experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics & feed optimization tools
Proficiency in English at Intermediate Level and higher
Good understanding of the ecommerce business model & marketing psychology
Ability to work well with numbers (you should easily calculate KPIs: ROAS, profit margins, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Natural problem solver

Bonus requirements:
Experience working with Google Tag Manager
Experience with reporting tools: Think Cell + Powerpoint, Swydo, PowerBI

Make sure you’re comfortable with:
Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
