Remote Bookkeeper (Aus)

Full-Time | Long-Term Stability | 40,000 PHP per Month

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper with experience in Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks to support our business operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. You must have prior experience handling bookkeeping for Australian businesses, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Your Top Tasks:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero and MYOB or Quickbooks, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
Process accounts payable and receivable accurately.
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Prepare financial reports and assist with compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Administrative Support
Handle and organize financial documents, invoices, and client records.
Assist in preparing financial data for reporting and tax purposes.
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Ensure all transactions are recorded and categorized correctly.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping with Australian businesses.
Proficiency in Xero and MYOB or Quickbooks (must have hands-on experience).
Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
