Reliever- Subject Matter Expert

The Reliever- Subject Matter Expert is a highly skilled and adaptable Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) responsible for providing seamless coverage across multiple clients. This role ensures uninterrupted operations by stepping in during planned and unplanned VMA absences. The Reliever- Subject Matter Expert is expected to be a fast learner, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of service. Additionally, the role includes training new VMAs on essential skills and assisting in the documentation of client processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reliever Support & Client Coverage:
? Provide immediate coverage for VMAs on leave (planned or unplanned) to prevent service disruption.
? Quickly adapt to different client workflows with minimal training time (two weeks or less).
? Ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks in accordance with client-specific protocols.
? Maintain seamless communication with clients, POCs, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers during coverage

2. Training & Mentorship:
? Train new VMAs on fundamental skills such as scheduling, reception, and EMR navigation when not scheduled for reliever duties.
? Serve as a mentor by sharing best practices and ensuring quality performance among newly hired VMAs.

3. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
? Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation for assigned clients.
? Identify inefficiencies in client workflows and recommend improvements.
? Stay updated on changes in VMA responsibilities and procedures.

4. Professional Development & Team Collaboration:
? Continuously enhance knowledge of multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and virtual platforms.
? Collaborate with management and fellow VMAs to maintain a high level of operational excellence.
? Exhibit leadership qualities by proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
? Education: Registered Nurse (RN) or graduate of an allied health program.
? Experience: Minimum of one (1) year as a Virtual Medical Assistant handling administrative and clinical tasks OR two (2) years in a BPO healthcare account.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple EMR systems and virtual platforms.
? Soft Skills: Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach.
