The Recruitment Team Lead will oversee and manage the recruiting team responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing both temporary and direct hire candidates within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates. This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent for temporary and direct hire positions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the recruitment team remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or similar role, preferably within the healthcare staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices, including temporary and direct hire placements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRMs, project management tracking software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
