Recruitment Specialist (Work From Home)

Hi there!

**Valhalla** is looking for a Recruitment **Specialist.**

Remote work set up, day shift with flexible work hours

We **would love to work with you and your expertise on (Required):**

- Your existing or similar experience in the recruitment industry
- Sourcing lead candidates in different platforms (Boolean search)
- Maximizing job ad posting across different platforms
- Your proficient understanding of job qualifications
- Tracking and managing applicant journey
- Your proficient communication skills with candidates (both verbal and written)

**Perhaps you might also have expertise with some of these (Bonus skills):**

- Using Notion
- Using Google sheets
- Using Canva

**You’ll be earning Php 17,000 - 23,000 (depending on experience)**

**Basically, we’ll be working on these responsibilities:**

1. Meet with Recruitment team to get a thorough understanding of the job opening
2. Creating and launching job roles
3. Enhancing recruitment operations via Automation and AI
- For sourcing and scraping leads
- Tracking and monitoring applicants’ journey
4. Job Ad Posting and Tracking
5. Tracking KPI and forwarding data to Analytics
6. Providing excellent candidate experience
7. Taking ownership and accountability of the end-to-end recruitment process
8. Team collaboration for better dynamics and results
