Key Responsibilities
- Research role titles and industry trends.
- Create and manage job posts, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Post job openings on job sites and social media platforms.
- Conduct daily headhunting, outreach, and networking to attract top talent.
- Prescreen, prequalify, and conduct initial interviews with candidates before passing them to Interviewers/AMs.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and alignment with job roles.
- Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to Interviewers/AMs.
- Update and maintain candidate pools with accurate data and recommendations.
- Conduct market research to assess industry salary rates and trends.
- Reprofile talent to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Perform live sourcing on social media.
- Handle administrative tasks related to candidate prep documentation.
- Maintain and update the candidate vetting board.
- Actively post on social media to engage with potential candidates.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job postings, sourcing initiatives, and interviews simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to hiring processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
