Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Recruiting Associate who will assist the full cycle recruitment from scheduling interviews, screening, documents collection, and providing an exceptional candidate onboarding experience for our frontline staff and management staff. One will need to be able to manage schedules, screen candidates when needed, update tracking information, and follow up on documents and needs for the employee onboarding process.

This role will be reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition and will work with a team of Recruiters.

Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Collect and track onboarding documents for all new hires
2. Assist with screening candidates from Recruiter’s pipeline to aid in high volume
3. Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
4. Work within Application Tracking System (ATS) to move candidates through the process
5. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout their hiring process
6. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and recruiters as needed
7. Communicate with candidates via phone and email to provide updates on their hiring process
8. Assign and Proctor numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
9. Initiate and track any pre-employment background/screening required

Qualifications & Experience
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, or other related fields preferred, BPO a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced excel and presentation making skills
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Experience in BFSI industry a plus
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Perform other operational duties as requested
- Provide general support for the TA department and related stakeholders, as necessary
