We are seeking a driven and proactive Recruiter/Head Hunter who excels in cold calling and direct candidate outreach to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier talent in the healthcare industry. A key component of this role is engaging with highly educated healthcare professionals via cold outreach to build a strong pipeline and meet our internal hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Identification:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, online research, and cold calling.
Develop creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates and build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
Cold call prospective candidates to identify potential fits for open roles.
Utilize your network and outreach strategies to connect with and recruit candidates who may not be actively looking but are a good fit for key positions.
Review resumes and applications, assessing qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles, focusing on open/active positions.
Provide detailed feedback to both candidates and hiring managers regarding interview results.
Establish and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
Act as a liaison between the company and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and job requirements.
Help improve and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms in collaboration with the hiring team.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and candidate quality.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of active searches and challenges in the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or headhunting, particularly in sourcing highly educated and high level healthcare professionals.
Proven success in cold calling, direct outreach, and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
Strong ability to cold call and build rapport with senior-level candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge in sourcing and research skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Pay: Very competitive with bonuses
