Position Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our client's organizational objectives. This is a full-cycle recruitment position, requiring expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience, particularly in filling positions within the United States market.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates for open positions, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, progress, and challenges.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving processes and strategies.
Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and streamline the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruitment role.
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, particularly regarding hiring practices and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with flexibility to accommodate EST or PST hours as needed.
