We Are Hiring For:
1?? Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, setting appointments, and nurturing client relationships.
2?? Transaction Coordinator (TC) – Managing real estate transactions, ensuring all paperwork is completed on time, coordinating with clients, lenders, and title companies, and keeping deals on track.
What We’re Looking For:
? Fluent in English (Strong verbal & written communication skills)
? Reliable high-speed internet & backup plan
? Experience in real estate or lead generation is a PLUS
? Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, and online tools)
? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
? Ability to work US business hours
? Fast learner & strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
???? ISA Role:
???? Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up consistently
???? Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and update CRM
???? Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients
???? TC Role:
???? Manage all transaction paperwork from contract to close
???? Ensure deadlines are met & coordinate with all parties
???? Keep agents and clients updated throughout the process
