Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
Qualify leads by gathering key property and motivation details.
Build rapport with homeowners and handle objections effectively.
Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on lead interactions.
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal flow.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling for real estate, sales, or telemarketing.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Experience using CRM tools (Podio, CallTools, Mojo, etc.).
Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejections.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
Bonus: Real estate industry knowledge or wholesaling experience.
