What We’re Building
-A Next.js website with Redfin-style search powered by Repliers API
-Content pages (homepage, blog, landing pages) built in
-A client dashboard for Buyers, Sellers, Tenants & Landlords
-Backend lead tracking and automation using Zoho CRM
Client Dashboard Features (Key Focus)
We want to offer clients full transparency and interactivity in their journey. This includes:
- Saved searches & favorite listings
- Two-way communication between client & agent (notes/comments on specific listings)
- A roadmap or timeline view based on client type (e.g. "Offer Sent", "Lease Signed", etc.)
- Offer tracking – landlords can view offers or applications and accept/reject
- Application & document visibility
These features will pull data from Repliers API and sync important actions with Zoho CRM via API or webhook.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a React/Next.js developer (or small team) who:
-Has experience with
-Must have experience working with MLS/IDX APIs in Canada (e.g., TRREB, RAHB, DDF, or Repliers)
-Can build fully custom search filters, listing layouts, and dynamic content pages
-Understands how to build authenticated dashboards
-Bonus: Familiarity with Zoho CRM integration, especially syncing leads or applications
Your Responsibilities
-Build the core listing search, detail, and map views using Repliers API
-Design & implement the client dashboard and timeline views
-Create CMS pages via
-Build a secure login system for clients (with saved search memory)
-Coordinate with our Zoho dev to align CRM workflows with the frontend
-Ensure clean, mobile-first design and SEO optimization
