Our Real Estate company is currently looking for a Remote Assistant with Customer Service, Call Center, Administrative, or Property Management working experience to support our Executive team with leasing and property management duties. Ideally, it will be someone who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure and can learn new things quickly. In order to be considered for this position, you must send your resume to
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of Leasing or Customer Experience (Call Center). (would be nice if you have Property Management experience)
- Excellent English Communication Skills- both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision.
- Organized and must be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Courteous ,friendly and confident in interacting with different individuals, both inside the organization and external contacts.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Capability in analyzing large amounts of data and to creating/compiling detailed financial reports.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
- Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Slides, etc)
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Gmail and other
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet Subscription (Hardwired- DSL, Cable or Fiber)
- An up to date computer workstation (at least an Pentium i3-CPU or equivalent with 4 GB of RAM)
- Good working headset (preferably a noise-cancelling variant) and webcam.
- Back-ups in case of power interruption
