Real Estate VA – Sell Probate Lead Lists (Any Channel)

We're looking for a proactive, sales-driven virtual assistant to help sell a premium list of off-market probate property leads to real estate investors, wholesalers, and agents. You’ll be responsible for finding buyers and closing sales using any method that works: Facebook, email, LinkedIn, forums, cold outreach — up to you.

Your Role
-Post or message in real estate investor groups, forums, or platforms
-DM/email potential buyers using scripts I provide
-Share our sample PDF + redacted Google Sheet
-Answer basic questions (FAQ provided)
-Track all conversations and leads in a CRM
-Close deals or escalate warm buyers to us

Requirements
-Have excellent written English
-Be confident speaking with real estate professionals
-Be independent, consistent, and resourceful
-Be comfortable using Google Sheets to track leads
-Bonus: real estate experience is helpful (probate, wholesaling, skip tracing)

Pay:
1-week paid trial: $100 base + $50–$150 commission per closed deal (commission only applies when a buyer pays)
If you perform well, this becomes a long-term opportunity paid at $5/hr with recurring data drops and commissions.
