What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):
• Underwriting Land & Residential Deals ? Pulling comps, analyzing ARV, and making data-backed investment recommendations.
• Using Real Estate Tools Like: PropStream, MLS, Zillow, Redfin, BatchLeads.
• Creating “Buy or Pass” Reports ? Presenting clear, easy-to-read analysis for investment decisions.
• Optimizing Deal Flow ? Streamlining our underwriting process to make it faster & more efficient.
• Collaborating with Leadership ? You’ll work directly with me (the founder) to refine our acquisition strategy.

? Have Strong Experience in Real Estate Valuations ? You understand market trends, comps, & investment analysis.

Compensation & Growth:
• $4-6 /hr (Based on Experience) with potential for increased hours & full-time role as we scale.
