Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (U.S. Based Deals)
We are an established real estate investment company operating in the U.S. (mainly Indiana), seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team.
You will manage real estate transactions from contract to closing — working directly with title companies, lenders, and hard money loans for both purchases and refinances.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all real estate transactions from purchase agreement to closing.
Communicate effectively with title companies, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings.
Handle hard money loan and refinance transactions.
Understand and manage double close procedures.
Explain and clarify processes to title companies when needed.
Manage utilities setup and transfer for properties (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.).
Call and coordinate with U.S. utility companies to start or stop service.
Maintain accurate transaction data inside CRM (
Communicate daily with project managers and leadership team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in U.S. real estate.
Strong understanding of title company processes, escrow, HUD/CD, and closing statements.
Experience with hard money lenders and refinancing transactions.
Knowledge of double close and assignments.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Comfortable making phone calls to U.S. utility companies.
Experience using
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions at once.
Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours (EST).
Preferred but not required:
Experience working with investors or property management teams.
Familiarity with Indiana or Midwest real estate markets.
