JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and committed to seeing the job through with proficiency while staying on task with a deadline in mind. You will be responsible for assisting the Transaction Manager effectively while you support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in working with CRM, Google, chat, calendar, along with other systems

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Transaction Coordination
2. Familiarity with managing Google Business Profile
3. Basic understanding of CRM
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
