Real Estate Social Media & Chat Funnel Specialist (Part/Full-Time, Long-Term)

We're not looking for someone to "just edit videos." We're looking for a strategic executor who can create, manage, and convert content into leads.

THE ROLE
You will be our go-to operator for social media content creation, editing, and lead funnel execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll also manage Sell-By-Chat DM conversations to convert followers into discovery calls.
You’ll work closely with our video strategist (in-house) and directly with the founder.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Fluent English – written and spoken, with strong grammar and professional tone
Social media experience in real estate or marketing – ideally 1+ year
Graphic design using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar
Short-form video editing for Reels, TikToks, and Stories
Ability to create carousels, infographics, and branded content
Familiarity with DM-based sales/chat funnels or willingness to learn fast
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand style

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Edit short-form videos weekly (Reels/TikToks)
Design graphics for social media (Just Purchased, Tips, Quotes, Testimonials, Suburb Reviews)
Repurpose content into carousels and reels
Manage Instagram DMs using provided scripts + handle chat-based lead qualification
Write simple, engaging captions and calls-to-action
Collaborate with the strategist/founder
