Real Estate Sales Associate - Cold Calling

I am looking for someone that loves cold calling and has experience cold calling property owners, with great english, sales skills, and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

At least 2+ years in real estate cold calling.
Familiar with using a triple-line dialer.
Familiar with using a CRM.

Job Description:
Work 10-20 hours a week.
Use a triple line dialer to cold call lists of potential property sellers.
Collect information about the property and gauge seller's interest.
Take notes about gathered information.
Set appointments.
Create tasks and appointments in CRM.
Coordinate appointments with existing appointments on calendar.
