Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and acquiring properties that align with our investment strategy. Your role will involve working closely with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders to negotiate and close deals. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company by bringing in lucrative acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate real estate properties for potential acquisition based on market trends, investment strategies, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, real estate brokers, and other key stakeholders to source off-market deals.
- Conduct property valuations, due diligence, and market analysis to ensure investment opportunities meet company criteria.
- Negotiate terms and structure deals to achieve optimal acquisition outcomes.
- Manage and track acquisitions from lead generation through to closing, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Collaborate with the legal and financial teams to complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and economic conditions that could affect potential acquisitions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties into the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, with a strong track record of successful property purchases.
- Solid understanding of real estate market analysis, investment principles, and property valuation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
