Real Estate Recruiting Cold Caller VA

We are looking for a reliable and consistent cold caller to help recruit licensed real estate agents for our real estate office.

Your main responsibility will be calling real estate agents, following our script, updating our CRM, and booking appointments for our recruiting team.

This is an appointment-setting role, not a closing role. You do not need to close agents or explain every detail of our company. Your job is to make calls, follow the script, create conversations, and schedule qualified appointments.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to licensed real estate agents
Follow the provided recruiting script
Invite agents to meetings, trainings, career nights, happy hours, and office visits
Book appointments for our recruiting team
Update the CRM after every call
Track follow-ups and call notes accurately
Send a daily report with call activity and results
Stay consistent even when people say no
Requirements
Strong spoken English
Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Able to follow a script without changing the message
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable with daily reporting
Comfortable working during California business hours
Real estate experience is preferred but not required
Daily Expectations
80–150+ outbound calls per day depending on schedule
CRM updated after every call
Daily report submitted at the end of each shift
Consistent follow-up with agents
Appointments booked with qualified agents
Compensation

Monthly Salary plus performance bonuses.

Bonus opportunities may include:

Agents who join the company

This role will start with a paid trial period. Continued work will depend on call consistency, script compliance, CRM accuracy, and appointments booked.

We are looking for someone who is consistent, coachable, and willing to follow the script. If you do not like making calls every day, this is not the right role. If you are disciplined, reliable, and good on the phone, this can become a long-term position with bonuses.
