Job Description:
As a Real Estate Brokerage Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brokerage by identifying, attracting, and engaging with talented agents who align with our values and goals. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and deep understanding of the real estate market will enable us to continue providing unparalleled service to our clients while fostering a supportive and dynamic environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent.
Build and maintain relationships with potential recruits, including both new and experienced agents.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our brokerage’s culture and values.
Collaborate with marketing to promote our brokerage as the premier choice for real estate professionals.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to newly recruited agents during their onboarding process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
Knowledge of the real estate market and current industry trends.

For a solo agent the cap is $15,000 with the only declining cap, it goes down $1,000 each year until you reach $10,000. For Teams it’s $5,000-$10,000.
