Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to act as a liaison between real estate agents and photo editors. This dynamic role involves ensuring high-quality photo editing and managing client-agent relationships with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Photo Editing:
-Review and edit real estate images using Photoshop (including generative AI for item removal and layer adjustments).
-Utilize Lightroom to adjust control sliders and export photos to meet professional standards.

Client Liaison:
-Communicate effectively with real estate agents to understand their requirements and feedback.
-Ensure all communication aligns with the client’s brand and maintains a solution-focused approach.

Feedback Management:
-Address feedback constructively, particularly when working with assertive personalities.
-Collaborate with editors to implement necessary changes based on agent input.

Ideal Candidate:
-Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom.
-Confident and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Experience interacting with individuals who provide direct feedback, handling such situations with poise and tact.
-Detail-oriented and able to maintain brand consistency in all client communications.
-Organized, solution-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
