JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Outbound Cold Caller/Lead Gen Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for U.S.-based homeowners who may be interested in selling their property. Your primary role will be making 500 to 700 outbound calls (dials) daily, qualifying leads, and gathering essential information to set appointments for our Acquisition Agents to follow up with offers. The goal is to qualify leads and schedule appointments for Acquisition Agents to call back with an offer.
This is a remote position, and we require you to have the following equipment and environment:
Stable, fast internet connection
Reliable computer
Quiet office space
Noise-cancellation headset
You will also need to work during U.S. business hours, so you must be available to work during U.S. time zones (usually 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST or equivalent based on your location).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-High-Volume Calling: Make
-Lead Qualification: Engage prospects and gather the "4 Pillars" of information from each homeowner:
1. Motivation: What’s their reason for selling?
2. Condition: What is the current condition of the property?
3. Price: What is their ballpark price expectation?
4. Timeline: What is their ideal closing timeline?
-Set Appointments: Schedule callbacks or appointments for Acquisition Agents to follow up with offers.
-Maintain CRM: Accurately document each call, lead status, and follow-up in the company CRM system.
-Achieve Daily Targets: Meet or exceed daily call quotas, contact quotas, and appointment-setting goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, with excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills.
- Comfortable with High-Volume Calling: Must be able to handle a large number of calls each day (700-1,000).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work U.S. business hours, either full-time or part-time.
- Positive and Resilient: High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to bounce back from rejection.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to gather and record critical lead information accurately.
COMPENSATION:
- Base Pay: $750 to $1,500 per month
Bonus Incentives:
$1.00 to $5.00 for every conversation lasting 5 minutes or more.
$10.00 to $25.00 for every appointment set (and completed) with a seller who signs a purchase agreement.
