We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our forward-thinking real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust set of digital skills and a creative acumen that drives leads and enhances our brand's visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
Content Creation and Management: Design engaging content using Canva, oversee our blog and podcast series, and manage content scheduling to maximize reach and impact.
SEO and Website Management: Optimize our website content for search engines to improve visibility and track website analytics to gauge performance success.
Lead Management: Efficiently manage and nurture lead funnels to convert inquiries into actionable sales opportunities.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate client events that enhance community engagement and foster client relationships.
Print Marketing: Develop and execute innovative print marketing materials that align with our digital efforts and brand message.
Social Media Advertising: Create targeted advertising campaigns on various social media platforms to drive engagement and generate leads.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and knowledge of podcasting.
Proficient in SEO practices, website management, and blogging.
Experience with social media advertising and print marketing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Graphic design experience.
Experience in managing a YouTube channel.
