RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate and Maintain High-Level Client Relationships through SMS and Email
Pull Marketing Lists on Batch Leads
Organize and Suppress Direct Mail Lists
Manage Google Drive Folders
Manage CRM GoHighLevel stages & pipelines
Fill out contracts for the manager to review and sign
Manage online listings of properties (initial posting, editing the post, taking down the post)
Manually Send SMS to both sellers and buyers


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English is a MUST
Exceptional Phone & SMS Etiquette/rapport building: Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Proven Sales or Customer Service Background
Has Worked for a Real Estate Investing Company in the Past
Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner
Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially: Self-motivated! Must be seeking Personal Growth.
Use the CRM (GoHighLevel) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed: Organize and switch tasks with ease!
Computer literate. Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs, Drive and/or MS Office Suite (Word. Excel.PowerPoint)
Must be able to work the graveyard shift


JOB TYPE:
Full-time
Hourly Wage: $5 to $15 Per Hour
+ Growth Opportunity*
More than 30 hrs/week
