**Position Overview:**
The Executive Virtual Assistant is a key role in our growing company, instrumental in managing short-term rental operations, driving guest satisfaction, and contributing to our ambitious expansion goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Guest Communication and Rental Operations:**
- Act as the primary contact for guests, managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction through proactive and responsive communication.
**Resolutions and Negative Feedback Management:**
- Address guest issues promptly to maintain service standards.
- Manage and actively work to remove negative feedback through homestay website guidelines when issues arise, aiming to protect the company’s reputation.
**Maintenance and Cleaning Coordination:**
- Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and cleaning to ensure all rentals are well-prepared for guests.
**Platform Management:**
- Optimize property listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Hopper to increase visibility, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
**Administrative Duties:**
- Oversee
**Real Estate Portfolio Growth:**
- Assist in identifying new rental opportunities and support acquisitions as part of TYCA Rentals' expansion goals.
**Collaboration with Day Shift Operations:**
- Work closely with the US-based day shift to ensure consistency in guest experience and operational excellence across shifts.
**Bonus Structure:**
- **New Property Acquisition Bonus:** $200 per property acquired, with an annual potential of $2,000+ for 10 or more properties.
- **Property Under Management Bonus:** $150 paid over the first 5 months of management, with an annual potential of $3,000+ for 20 or more properties.
- **4.9 Star Status Bonus:** $50 monthly bonus for each member of the STR Communication team when the company maintains a 4.9+ rating across platforms.
- **Arbitrage Unit Bonus:** $100 for each unit under lease for 3 years or more after 3 months under lease, with an annual potential of $1,200+ per year.
**Shift:**
- 2pm - 10pm EST, Sunday to Sunday. Remote work is allowed on weekends.
**Compensation:**
- **Base Pay:** $900 USD per month, plus bonuses as detailed above.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in short-term rental management.
- Strong administrative skills, including handling
- Passion for real estate acquisition and supporting company growth.
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Hopper).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support role with Airbnb or a similar short-term rental platform is a plus.
