Position Overview:
As a New Team Member - Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist at Your Real Estate Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners through outbound text messages on two platforms, all while demonstrating a high level of expertise. You will be responsible for organizing campaigns, creating custom message templates, and using AI technology to draft templates swiftly. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in creating targeted outbound campaigns based on the motivation of potential sellers and, when necessary, engage in high-level conversations and handle phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly handle two text messaging platforms to reach property owners.
- Organize and manage complex acquisition campaigns effectively.
- Utilize AI technology to draft message templates efficiently.
- Create targeted outbound campaigns based on seller motivation.
- Engage with property owners professionally, courteously, and at a high level.
- Ensure rapid response to incoming messages within a 3-minute timeframe.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to meet outreach goals.
- Strive to meet daily and weekly acquisition targets.
- Occasionally engage in phone conversations with potential sellers.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
