JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales & Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of real estate cold calling and inside sales experience, possess a neutral accent and has experience in lead management and follow-ups.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills to generate and nurture real estate leads effectively.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to develop and implement a structured system for cold calling and lead response, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a standardized system for cold calling and lead response to enhance team efficiency and conversion rates.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads, including homeowners, buyers, and sellers.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and determine their level of interest.
- Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, and other communication channels to maintain engagement.
- Overcome objections and build rapport to increase conversion rates.
- Schedule appointments for potential leads and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
- Accurately update and manage lead information in our CRM.
- Provide training and guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on best practices for cold calling and lead nurturing.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and real estate industry updates to enhance communication with leads.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in real estate cold calling and inside sales
- Ability to develop and document a structured process for cold calling and lead response.
- Neutral accent with excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in CRM management and follow-ups.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, noise cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Open to working overnight shifts in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
