-Full time ISA for a real estate agent/team
-Will be fully managing follow up boss
-Call/text/email and nurture all warm leads in the system
-manage and schedule follow ups to constantly be top of mind to all leads
-qualify warm leads (both new and existing) immediately when getting them on the phone
-Setting appointments for the agent to talk to the qualified leads
-using the MLS to create CMA’s for sellers to send to the agent to review
Must have at least 2 years full time experience managing a high volume of leads
Must have 2+ years experience working for an agent managing their CRM
Must have used follow up boss for 2+ years
Must have followed (or has their own) follow up plan structure so all leads are constantly communicated with (and know how to identify the hotter leads to communicate with daily)
Must be able to work independently and be working their entire shift
