JOB OVERVIEW

Location: California, USA
Work Schedule: 10am - 6pm. This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Associate to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our real estate development and design projects across the architecture, urban design,civil and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the development team with project management tasks, including file organization, document control, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations for project compliance.
• Analysis project feasibility from architecture/ civil and financial perspective.
• Produce design schemes based on the analysis.
• Assist with code research and analysis for architectural and urban design projects.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with city/county agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Research and compile industry trends and data relevant to development projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil, urban design/ planning and real estate.
• 2-3 years of experience in a development or design-related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of architectural and urban design principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast learner with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
