About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area focused on off-market acquisitions, fix-and-flips, new construction, and wholesaling. We are looking for a motivated and experienced cold caller to help generate qualified seller leads.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
Build rapport with homeowners and identify motivation to sell
Gather property information and seller details
Set appointments and schedule follow-up calls for acquisitions team
Update CRM with accurate notes and call outcomes
Follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations
Requirements
Previous real estate cold calling experience preferred
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable making 300–500+ calls per day
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers (BatchDialer, Mojo, CallTools, etc.)
Positive attitude and ability to handle objections
Compensation
Hourly pay and/or performance-based bonuses
