#About Us

We are a technology-driven real estate investment company buying homes directly from property owners. We are looking for an experienced cold caller who can connect with U.S. homeowners, find motivated sellers, and help book quality appointments for our acquisitions process.

This role is for someone who has already called U.S. homeowners before. We are not looking for a general VA or someone who only has customer service experience. The right person should sound natural on the phone, stay calm through rejection, ask good questions, and keep the CRM organized.

## What You’ll Do

* Call U.S. homeowners using company-provided lead lists
* Start conversations in a natural and professional way
* Identify sellers who may be open to selling their property
* Ask about motivation, timeline, property condition, occupancy, and price expectations
* Confirm whether you are speaking with the owner or decision-maker
* Handle common objections like “I’m not interested” or “How did you get my number?”
* Set qualified appointments or follow-up calls for the acquisitions team
* Keep CRM notes, call outcomes, tags, and follow-up tasks accurate
* Follow up with warm leads when assigned
* Send a daily report with call activity, leads, appointments, and follow-up items

## Performance Targets

After training, we expect consistent daily activity and quality conversations, including:

* 300–600 outbound dials per day, depending on dialer setup and list quality
* 10–25 real homeowner conversations per day
* 3–8 qualified seller leads per week
* 1–4 qualified appointments per week
* Clean CRM notes and accurate follow-up tasks
* Daily end-of-shift reporting

We care about real seller conversations and qualified opportunities, not just dialing numbers.

## What We’re Looking For

* At least 1 year of U.S. real estate cold calling experience
* Experience calling homeowners such as absentee owners, expired listings, FSBOs, probate, pre-foreclosure, tired landlords, or similar lists
* Clear, confident spoken English
* Comfortable making outbound calls every day
* Experience using a dialer and real estate CRM
* Strong listening and note-taking skills
* Ability to follow a call structure while still sounding conversational
* Reliable computer or laptop
* Noise-cancelling headset
* Stable high-speed internet
* Quiet workspace
* Availability during U.S. business hours in Eastern Time

## Helpful Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Real estate wholesaling or investor lead generation
* GoHighLevel, REsimpli, Podio, Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, BatchDialer, ReadyMode, CallTools, or similar tools
* SMS or email follow-up
* Appointment setting for real estate acquisitions teams

## Compensation

* Starting pay: $4/hour for the first 60 days
* After 60 days, pay may increase to $5/hour based on reliability, call quality, CRM accuracy, and performance
* After 6 months, pay may increase to $6/hour based on proven performance
* $20 bonus per qualified appointment set
* $250 bonus per closed deal from a lead you generated
* Additional bonuses may be available for consistent appointment setting and strong lead quality

* Your only experience is general VA, customer service, or basic appointment setting
* You are not comfortable making outbound calls daily
* You cannot work during U.S. business hours in Eastern Time
* You have no experience using a real estate CRM or dialer
* You are not comfortable doing a live cold call role-play during the interview process
* You cannot provide voice recordings with your application
