We're hiring a Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter VA to make outbound calls to property owners from our lead lists, qualify motivated sellers, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions manager. This is a phone-focused role at the front end of our wholesale pipeline — you won't be sourcing your own leads or negotiating deals in the beginning, you'll be the first voice a seller hears and the person who determines whether a lead is worth our acquisitions manager's time.

Job Role Tasks
Call property owners from provided lead lists (FSBO, expired listings, absentee owners/landlords, probate, pre-foreclosure) and follow our call scripts for each list type.
Ask qualifying questions to determine seller motivation, timeline, and property condition.
Log every call outcome and lead detail in the CRM immediately after each call ends.
Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions manager, securing a specific day and time on every call rather than a vague callback.
Follow up on leads who weren't ready yet, using scheduled callbacks and CRM reminders.
Send basic follow-up texts to leads as directed.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Saturday CST
Hourly rate plus a per-deal closing bonus on any deal connected to your work
Independent contractor role
