JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for motivated and confident cold callers to speak with property owners and identify potential sellers.

Your job is to make outbound calls, follow a simple script, and determine if the property owner is interested in selling.
This is a high-volume calling role, so you must be comfortable being on the phone consistently.

What You Will Do

• Call property owners in the United States
• Follow a simple script
• Ask questions to identify seller motivation
• Tag leads correctly (interested, not interested, follow-up)
• Enter clear notes into our CRM system
• Maintain a positive and professional tone
What You Will NOT Do

• ? No negotiating prices
• ? No closing deals
• ? No analyzing properties
• ? No complex sales

Compensation
• $3-4 per hour to start
