Real Estate Cold Caller – Acquisitions Team (Remote - Base + Commission Pay)

About Us:
Jared Samuels Group and Mission Hill Capital Management specialize in acquiring off-market residential multifamily properties. Our acquisitions team focuses on sourcing motivated sellers for direct purchases, wholesaling, or brokerage deals.

We are expanding our Acquisitions Team and are looking for motivated and persistent cold callers to help us generate off-market leads. This is a remote position with a base salary, performance-based incentives, and a high commission structure. If you are eager to gain experience in real estate, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using CallTools

Follow a structured script to engage owners and identify selling motivation

Ask qualifying questions and log all lead details in our Airtable CRM

Hit a minimum call volume and/or contacts reached per week

Verify and document which owners are interested in selling

Help facilitate deals for direct acquisition, wholesaling, or resale

Maintain a high volume of daily calls and consistently meet performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English!!!

Cold calling or phone sales experience preferred

Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations toward opportunities

Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong follow-up habits

Basic knowledge of real estate and acquisitions is a plus

Experience using CallTools and Airtable, or similar CRM/dialer systems, is preferred

Compensation & Incentives:
$400/month base salary (must meet minimum call and contact requirements)

$10 per verified lead (owners who express interest in selling)

$1,200 per closed deal (uncapped earning potential)
