What You’ll Do
Engage Prospects: Make friendly, outbound calls to expired listings and FSBO leads, using a proven script that builds trust from the first word.
Set Appointments: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our agents, ensuring a smooth handoff.
Record & Follow-Up: Keep detailed notes of each interaction in our CRM and follow up as needed.
Provide Feedback: Share insights to help us continuously improve our approach.
Example: Imagine you’re speaking with a homeowner frustrated about an expired listing. Instead of a hard sell, you listen, share a relatable success story, and set up an appointment that could mark a fresh start for them.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (real estate background a plus).
Communication: Excellent conversational skills that make every call feel personal and genuine.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Resilience: You’re persistent, upbeat, and see challenges as opportunities.
Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing your time effectively.
