Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for qualified candidates who are positive, energetic, goal oriented, competitive, open to learn, and who enjoy challenges. Our Real Estate Cold Callers are calling homeowners and pre-qualifying them based on our clients needs, while building a connection that leaves a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate new leads through cold calling prospective clients.
-Engage with potential leads to assess their interest and qualify them for further follow-up.
-Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
-Participate in training sessions to improve cold calling skills and stay updated with market trends
-Keep detailed records of all interactions with potential clients for future reference and follow-up
-Meet or exceed set targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in cold calling within the real estate industry or Outbound Cold Calling/Sales
-Proven track record of success in generating leads and setting appointments.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Working Hours:
PH Graveyard Shift (8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/week)

Compensation:
Training: $3hr USD
Client Campaigns: $4hr USD and up

Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
