JOB OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for a skilled full-time Admin Assistant to assist with auditing emails, new leads, phone calls, ensuring agents are following up, double checking contracts for inaccuracies, and making sure the database is kept as organized as possible. The perfect candidate will be organized, tech savvy, responsive, have a superior attention to detail, ability to multitask, have a working knowledge of real estate, speak English very well, show up on time everyday and must be available to work on the weekends. Admin assistant experience preferred. We are looking for full-time. Opportunity to move into a supervisor role and lead other VAs. Potential to be a lead, supervisor and management if new hire shows up on time and outperforms expectations.
