Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Looking for a an Acquisitions Manager for my Land Flipping business. Your role is to talk to leads, gather info about the property, then call lead back and present a final offer. Must be good at negotiating and building rapport!! Must have little to no accent. C2 language level preferred. Must get back to leads in a timely manner. Currently restructuring the business so leads are slow at the moment. Maybe 1 lead a day. This is part time with possible opportunity for full time. US Eastern time zone. Must have reliable computer and power source. Applicants must provide video of yourself talking.
